Eligibility
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Delhi.
- Citizens of all categories will be eligible to take advantage of the scheme.
- Applicants should have the facility to make online payments.
Terms and conditions
- After the aggregator gets the license, they will have to operate at least 50 buses within 90 days.
- The fare of the premium buses that will be run should be more than the DTC buses.
- The bus that will be run by the aggregator should not be more than 3 years old.
- On bringing the electric bus by the aggregator, they will not be required to pay the license fee for the license of the bus.
- The aggregator will be given the freedom to decide the route of the bus according to his own, for this, the information about the route on which he will run the bus will have to be given to the DTC.
Aggregator will get 5 years license through premium bus scheme
Under the Delhi Premium Bus Scheme, 5-year license will be provided to the aggregators of Delhi to run buses.
Delhi Premium Bus Scheme – License Fee
The aggregator will have to pay a fee of up to Rs.500,000/- for obtaining a license under this scheme. If he renews the license, wants to get a duplicate license or wants any change in the license, then he will have to pay a fee of Rs 2500.
If the aggregator wants to run 100 buses, then they will have to deposit a fee of ₹ 100000 as security. If he wants to run 1000 buses, he will have to deposit a security of Rs 2.50 lakhs and to run more than this, he will have to pay a security fee of Rs 500000/-.
