Rajiv Gandhi Krishak Sathi Sahayata Yojana has been started for the welfare of the farmers of Rajasthan state. The assistance amount provided to the beneficiaries will be directly deposited in their bank account.   • On death – Rs.2,00,000/-
  • For amputation of 02 parts of the body like hands, legs or eyes etc. – Rs.50,000/-
  • 50,000/- for fracture of the spine or injury to the head – Rs.50,000/-
  • De-scalping of male or female hair – Rs 40,000/-
  • Partial de-scalping of hair for men or women – Rs 25,000/-
  • In case of fracture of a limb like hand, leg, eye etc. – Rs.25,000/-
  • 04 On cut of finger – Rs 20,000/-
  • 3 fingers cut – Rs 15,000/-
  • Rs 10,000/- for 02 finger cut
  • 01 finger cut – Rs 5,000/-
  • There is a provision of giving an amount of Rs.5,000/- to Hamla/Palledar/Majdur working in Mandi precinct for any type of fracture.

Payment to be made in the bank accounts of the farmers till now under the scheme

  • The state government has paid Rs 151 crore 92 lakh 03 thousand to 10237 farmers through market committees in 04 years.
  • Out of which Rs 181.98 lakh was given to 989 farmers from December 2018 to March 2019.
  • 50 lakh rupees to 2981 farmers in the year 2019-20
  • 34,57.10 lakh to 2275 farmers in the year 2020-21
  • 10 lakh rupees to 2806 farmers in the year 2021-22
  • So far in the year 2022-23, 1186 farmers have been given assistance of Rs. 35 lakhs. (The number of farmers will increase by January 2023-December 2023, whose information will be available after the farmers get the benefits.)

Implementation of Krishak Sathi Sahayata Yojana

Krishak Saathi Sahayata Yojana will be implemented by the market committee. Out of which the applicant will have to submit an application for the scheme by going to his nearest Mandi Committee office within 6 months of the occurrence of the accident. If the application is made by the applicant after 6 months, then you have to submit the application giving concrete reasons for the delay. This time limit can be extended up to a maximum of 3 months by the Director and up to 6 months by the State Government. If there is a delay in the application even after this, then the application form will be considered canceled and the applicant will be deprived of the benefits of the scheme.
