While presenting the financial budget on February 2, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has announced the launch of PM Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana. This scheme will be launched for the visionary traditional artisans and craftsmen of the country. Under which the government will provide financial assistance to traditional artists and craftsmen and for this scheme craftsmen will be made a part of the MSME sector. Along with this they will be enabled to improve the quality, scale and reach of their products while integrating them with the MSME value chain. Due to which different traditional skills will be promoted and training funding will also be given to them. With this facility, eligible beneficiaries will be benefited from technical facilities. Due to which their standard of living will improve and their economic side will also improve.
